How to onboard a colleague?
1. Dispatch Invitation
Specify your colleague's communication address inside the "Team" sub-panel. The mail layer transmits a unique token entry URL instantly.
2. Verification & Registration
The recipient executes the target link. If an account does not exist, they complete setup. The system appends the source project to their main panel.
3. Shared Intelligence
Real-time sync handles identical metric evaluation. You can recalculate roles or deprecate authorization states instantly from the operator directory.
Team Allocation Thresholds
Each workspace layer specifies an explicit operator seat cap (e.g., 2 seats on the Free tier). If your operational pipeline expands, scale your capacity parameter via the Billing workspace. Pending invitation status entries consume no quota seats.
Crucial: Email Congruence
Verify the invitee registers using the identical email pointer targeted during dispatch. Security boundaries invalidate validation routines triggered from mismatched origins.
