How Alerts Work
Alerts in DashFast are not just static thresholds. The system compares the incoming data stream with your rules in real-time. Once a condition is met, the alert is triggered and you receive an immediate notification.
Data Usage Limit
Perfect for monitoring your plan quotas. Set up a warning at 80% capacity to avoid unexpected data collection halts.
Traffic Drop
Rolling Comparison: The system compares the last 24 hours with the same period yesterday. It detects technical bugs on your site or ad outages.
Revenue Milestones
Celebrate milestones. Get notified as soon as your daily revenue exceeds a set threshold (e.g., > $500).
Conversion Goals
Monitor specific actions. If the number of sign-ups or submitted forms drops below a critical limit, you'll be the first to know.
Alert Lifecycle
Detection
The algorithm checks the status of your rules against the database every 15 minutes.
Activation
When a condition is met, the alert turns red and an email notification is dispatched.
Resolution
Clicking 'Resolve' mutes the alert for 24 hours to prevent spamming while you work on a fix.
Where Can We Reach You?
Rate Limiting
To prevent inbox flooding, each unique alert can trigger a maximum of once every 24 hours. If the issue persists past 24 hours and the alert remains 'Enabled', it will trigger again.
